Function attachLibrary

attachLibrary(
    pack: BrandedNamespace,
    dependency: Package | undefined,
    envInfo: REnvironmentInformation,
    ctx: FlowrAnalyzerContext,
    spec?: AttachSpec,
    loadedAt?: NodeId,
    cds?: readonly ControlDependency[],
): REnvironmentInformation
Attaches pack as library(pack) does: its resolved exports, else what flowR states about it, else a bare EnvType.LoadedNamespace recording the load. The library() processor and Dataflow.library both use this.
