Function normalizeComment

normalizeComment(data: NormalizerData, obj: JsonEntry): RComment
Normalize the given object as an R comment. This requires you to check the corresponding name beforehand.
Parameters
- data: NormalizerData
  The data used by the parser (see NormalizerData)
- obj: JsonEntry
  The JSON object to extract the meta-information from
