Tries to normalize the given data as access (e.g., indexing).
Parameters
- data: NormalizerData
  The data used by the parser (see NormalizerData)
- mappedWithName: NamedJsonEntry[]
  The JSON object to extract the meta-information from
Returns undefined | RAccess
The parsed RAccess or undefined if the given construct is not accessing a value
