    isIndexBasedAccess: boolean,
): boolean
Checks whether index is accessed by accessLexeme.
Parameters
- index: ContainerIndex
  The ContainerIndex, which is accessed
- accessLexeme: string
  The access lexeme
- isIndexBasedAccess: boolean
  Whether the index of the ContainerIndex is accessed i.e. the position in the container and not e.g. the name of the index
Returns boolean
true, when accessLexeme accesses the index, false otherwise
